Geometric color-block nail art

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous passez un bon week-end ! Le mien est placé sous le signe de la déco de Noël puisque aujourd'hui, on fait le sapin ! Vous l'avez déjà fait chez vous ou pas encore ? Ou peut-être que vous ne décorez pas du tout ? Dites-moi tout ça en commentaires, je suis curieuse :D

Before I run off to untangle my Christmas lights, I want to quickly show you my current nail art!

Pour ce nail art, j'avais très envie d'utiliser une nouvelle teinte I-LAK signée Peggy Sage : Pine Forest !

Pine Forest est un vert sapin (comme son nom l'indique), très profond, que je trouve vraiment élégant pour la saison.

For this nail art, I really wanted to use a new I-LAK shade by Peggy Sage: Pine Forest!

Pine Forest is a very deep fir green (as the name suggests), which I find really elegant for the season.

Ici, j'ai commencé par poser une très fine couche de la teinte Ballerine* pour obtenir une base blanche laiteuse. Ensuite, j'ai stampé un motif géométrique de la plaque Wildflife* à l'aide du vernis à stamping noir. Enfin, j'ai appliqué le joli Pine Forest* sur environ la moitié de mon ongle de façon à créer un effet color-block, puis j'ai rehaussé le tout avec une petite touche de striping tape argenté et voilà !

Here, I started by applying a very thin layer of the Ballerine* shade to get a milky white base. Next, I stamped a geometric pattern from the Wildflife* plate using the black stamping polish. Finally, I applied the pretty Pine Forest* on about half of my nail so as to create a color-block effect, then accented it with a little bit of silver striping tape and voilà!
