Pink plaid nail art

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous passez une bonne semaine (ou de bonnes vacances si vous faites partie des chanceux) ! Je vous retrouve aujourd'hui avec un article rapide pour vous montrer mon nail art du moment inspiré par Nadine :)

I hope you are well and having a good week (or a nice holiday if you are one of the lucky ones)! I'm back today with a quick article to show you my current nail art inspired by Nadine :)

Pour la base, c'est sur le superbe London Calling* signé A England que j'ai jeté mon dévolu. Un rose vif et holographique.

For the base, I chose the beautiful London Calling* by A England. A bright, holographic pink.

Au niveau de la déco, j'ai opté pour stamping effet tartan/plaid avec un double accent nail negative space (oui, je suis clairement dans une période negative space ^^).

Sur mon pouce, mon index et mon auriculaire, j'ai procédé de manière classique (c'est-à-dire vernis + stamping intégral - avec la plaque B026* de Whats Up Nails et le vernis Straight Up Black de Maniology). Sur mon majeur et mon annulaire, j'ai d'abord appliqué une fine couche de latex liquide pour protéger la partie de mon ongle que je souhaitais garder nue, puis j'ai appliqué le vernis et le stamping. Une fois le latex retiré, voilà le résultat !

As for the decoration, I opted for a plaid/tartan stamping effect with a double negative space accent (yes, I am clearly in a negative space phase^^).

On my thumb, index and pinky fingers, I went the traditional way (i.e. polish + all-over stamping - with Whats Up Nails B026* plate and Maniology Straight Up Black polish). On my middle and ring finger, I first applied a thin layer of liquid latex to protect the part of my nail that I wanted to keep bare, and then I applied the polish and stamping. Once the latex was stripped off, this was the result!

J'aime beaucoup l'effet qu'offre cette technique, pas vous ? On dirait presque des stickers !
