Wavy French Mani ft. Maniology Mani X Me Box!

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous passez une bonne semaine ! Pour ma part, c'est une semaine très chargée et j'ai vraiment très hâte d'être vendredi soir pour pouvoir souffler !

En attendant, je vous retrouve aujourd'hui pour vous montrer ce que je porte actuellement sur mes ongles :)

In the meantime, I'm back here today to show you what I'm currently wearing on my nails :)

Pour la base, j'ai jeté mon dévolu sur le vernis Soft Candy Floss issue de la collection Frozen Smoothies de Kiko. Sortie il y a déjà un petit moment, cette collection est une merveille avec ses teintes pastels délicatement mouchetées ! Elle n'est malheureusement plus dispo en boutique, mais si vous avez l'occasion de la trouver en ligne dans un vide vernithèque, foncez !

For the base, I picked the Kiko Soft Candy Floss polish from the Frozen Smoothies collection. Released a while ago, this collection with its delicately speckled pastel shades is a true beauty! Unfortunately, it is no longer available in shops, but if you have the opportunity to find it online in a destash, go for it!

Pour la déco, j'ai utilisé la box Mani x Me du mois de mai Life's a Beach de Maniology !

Si vous ne connaissez pas le concept Mani x Me, c'est tout simplement une box mensuelle dédié au stamping ! Tous les mois, vous recevez deux plaques de stamping en exclusivité (elles ne sont dispo nul part ailleurs), deux vernis à stamping et une surprise !

En ce qui concerne l'abonnement, il est dégressif. Vous avez le choix de vous abonner pour un mois et la box vous coûtera 25 $/mois, de vous abonner pour trois mois et la box vous coûtera 22,50 $/mois soit un total de 67,50 $ ou de vous abonner pour six mois et la box vous coûtera 20 $/mois soit un total de 120 $. 

En plus de ce tarif dégressif, vous avez également la possibilité de sauter une box si le thème du mois ne vous plait pas ou tout simple d'annuler votre abonnement quand vous le souhaitez si la box ne vous intéresse plus et ça, je valide !

Pour ma part, c'est la première fois que je teste la box et je ne suis absolument pas déçue. Ce mois-ci, le thème est sirène/galaxie et la box renferme deux plaques exclusives avec des motifs vagues, coquillages, sirènes, étoiles etc., deux vernis à stamping en avant-première (un rose néon qui se nomme Seashell et un bleu/violet holographique sublime qui se nomme Starfish) et un pinceau de nettoyage pour cuticules absolument adorable avec son manche transparent rempli de paillettes étoiles ♥

To dress it up, I used the Maniology May Mani x Me box called Life's a Beach!

If you're not familiar with the Mani x Me concept, it's simply a monthly box dedicated to stamping! Every month, you receive two exclusive stamping plates (they are not available anywhere else), two stamping polishes and a surprise!

As far as the subscription is concerned, the price is set on a sliding scale. You have the choice of subscribing for one month and the box will cost you $25/month, subscribing for three months and the box will cost you $22.50/month for a total of $67.50 or subscribing for six months and the box will cost you $20/month for a total of $120. 

In addition to this sliding scale pricing, you also have the possibility to skip a box if you don't like the theme of the month or simply cancel your subscription when you want if you are no longer interested in the box and this is something I really like!

Personally, this is my first time trying the box and I am absolutely not disappointed. This month's theme is mermaid/galaxy and the box contains two exclusive plates with patterns such as waves, shells, mermaids, stars etc., two stamping polishes (a neon pink called Seashell and a sublime holographic blue/purple called Starfish) and an absolutely adorable cuticle cleaning brush with its transparent handle filled with star glitter ♥ 

Pour ce nail art, jai utilisé la plaque MXM008 et j'ai stampé deux motifs de vagues en superposition, d'abord avec le rosé néon Seashell puis avec mon noir chouchou Straight Up Black également de chez Maniology, sur mon majeur et mon annulaire pour créer un double accent nail. Sur le pouce et l'index, j'ai simplement posé du noir et sur l'auriculaire, j'ai simplement posé du rose pour reprendre les teintes du motif et voilà le résultat !

For this nail art, I used the MXM008 plate and stamped two overlapping wave patterns, first with the neon pink Seashell and then with my favorite black Straight Up Black also from Maniology, on my middle finger and ring finger to create a double nail accent. On the thumb and pinky finger, I simply used black and on the little finger, I simply used pink to match the shades of the pattern and here's the result!

J'avais envie de quelque chose de simple, graphique et pas trop estival pour ce premier nail art, mais je sais déjà que je réaliserai une vraie manucure de sirène avec le superbe Starfish à l'arrivée des beaux jours :D

I wanted something simple, graphic and not too summery for this first nail art, but I already know that I will create a real mermaid manicure with the beautiful Starfish when the sun comes out :D
