Ma routine soin des mains et ongles du moment [TUTO]

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous passez un bon début de semaine ! Vous l'avez vu dans le titre, je vous retrouve aujourd'hui pour partager ma routine soin des mains et ongles du moment !

Cette routine se compose de quatre soins issus de la collection Beauty Expert Hands* de Peggy Sage, désormais formulée avec un minimum de 90 % d’ingrédients d’origine naturelle !

I hope you're well and having a great start to the week! As you can see from the title, I'm joining you today to share my current hand and nail care routine!

This routine is made up of four products from Peggy Sage's Beauty Expert Hands* collection, now formulated with a minimum of 90% ingredients of natural origin!

Bain manucure émollient - Peggy Sage

Ma routine débute par un bain émollient afin d'assouplir la peau et les cuticules. Je dépose un galet effervescent dans un bol d'eau tiède et je laisse tremper mes mains pendant 5 à 10 minutes. Avec leur délicate odeur légèrement poudrée, ces petits galets offrent un véritable moment de relaxation :)

Emollient manicure bath - Peggy Sage

My routine begins with an emollient bath to soften skin and cuticles. I drop an effervescent tablet into a bowl of warm water and leave my hands to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. With their delicate, slightly powdery scent, these little tablets offer a real moment of relaxation :)

Gommage pierre ponce mains - Peggy Sage

Une fois le bain émollient terminé, je passe à l'exfoliation avec le gommage pierre ponce en insistant bien sur les cuticules ! Ce gommage pour les mains élimine efficacement les peaux mortes sous l’action des grains de pierre ponce et laisse la peau ultra-douce. Sa texture fluide esprit caramel est très facile et très agréable à utiliser.

Pumice stone hand scrub - Peggy Sage

After my emollient bath, I move on to exfoliation with the pumice stone scrub, paying particular attention to cuticles! This hand scrub effectively eliminates dead skin cells through the action of the pumice stone grains, leaving skin ultra-soft. Its fluid caramel texture is very easy and pleasant to use.

Masque onctueux hydratant mains - Peggy Sage

Après le gommage, je passe à la première étape de l'hydratation avec le masque onctueux hydratant mains. Enrichie en beurre de karité et huile d’amande douce, sa texture enveloppante est très agréable. Il suffit de le poser en couche généreuse sur les mains et de le laisser agir 15 minutes. Une fois ce délai écoulé, la peau aura absorbé ce dont elle avait besoin (vous pouvez retirer l'éventuel excédent à l'aide d'un coton réutilisable ou une serviette éponge) et vos mains seront infiniment douces, souples et confortables :D

Moisturizing Creamy Hand Mask - Peggy Sage

After exfoliation, I move on to the first stage of moisturizing with the moisturizing creamy hand mask. Enriched with shea butter and sweet almond oil, its enveloping texture is very pleasant. Simply apply a generous layer to hands and leave on for 15 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, the skin will have absorbed what it needed (you can remove any excess with a reusable cotton pad or towel) and your hands will be infinitely soft, supple and comfortable :D

Crème de soin mains et ongles au beurre de karité - Peggy Sage

Enfin, je termine par la crème de soin mains et ongles pour parfaire l'hydratation en insistant bien sur les ongles et cuticules jusqu'à absorption complète. Enrichie en beurre de karité et en aloe vera, cette crème légère hydrate, protège et renforce les mains et les ongles, et sa délicate odeur est très agréable :)

Hand and nail treatment cream with shea butter - Peggy Sage

Last but not least, I finish off with the hand and nail treatment cream to complete the moisturizing process, working it well into the nails and cuticles until completely absorbed. Enriched with shea butter and aloe vera, this light cream moisturizes, protects and strengthens hands and nails, and its delicate scent is very pleasant :)
