Nail art motif pied-de-poule - Houndstooth nail art

J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous passez une bonne semaine ! Chaque hiver, l'une de mes écharpes favorites au motif pied-de-poule m'inspire un nail art et voici la variante de cette année !

I hope you're doing well and having a great week! Every winter, one of my favorite houndstooth patterned scarves inspires me to do some nail art and this is this year's take on it!

Pour ce nail art, j'ai commencé par poser le vernis noir Nuit* sur l'annulaire et le pouce, puis le vernis Blanc Pur* sur l'auriculaire, le majeur et l'index.

Une fois cette base blanche sèche, j'ai stampé un motif pied-de-poule sur certaines parties de mes ongles pour un look déstructuré en utilisant la plaque 898262*, le vernis à stamping Noir* et le kit tampon en silicone, le tout de chez Peggy Sage.

Enfin, j'ai rehaussé les démarcations entre les parties à motif et les parties unies avec une petite bande de striping tape argenté et voilà le résultat !

For this nail art, I started by applying the Nuit* black polish on my ring finger and thumb, then the Blanc Pur* polish on my pinkie, middle and index finger.

Once this white base was dry, I stamped a houndstooth pattern on certain parts of my nails for a destructured look using the 898262* plate, the Noir* stamping polish and the silicone stamping kit, all from Peggy Sage.

Finally, I enhanced the demarcations between the patterned and plain parts with a small strip of silver striping tape and here is the result!
